We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment while providing technical guidance to junior maintenance technicians. If you enjoy solving mechanical and electrical challenges, working hands-on with equipment, and helping others develop their skills, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues Perform preventive maintenance, installations, testing, and equipment upgrades Troubleshoot electrical circuits and production equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Operate maintenance tools, welding equipment, lifts, forklifts, and other machinery Lead and provide technical guidance to Maintenance Technician I & II team members Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with equipment repair, installation, and maintenance Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Welding and fabrication experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus Ability to work independently and mentor less experienced technicians Why You'll Enjoy This Role Work on a wide variety of industrial equipment and systems Take on advanced troubleshooting and leadership responsibilities Opportunity for continued skill development and career advancement Collaborative team environment focused on safety and operational excellence Competitive compensation and overtime opportunities Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift throughout the workday Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier loads occasionally Work around machinery, noise, varying temperatures, and elevated work areas Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and maintenance vehicles as needed Seniority Level : Associate Industry : Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Employment Type : Full-time Job Functions : Manufacturing Skills : Electrical Troubleshooting, Equipment Maintenance, Electromechanics, English, Automation, Communication, Consumer Textiles, Electrical IND3 #J-18808-Ljbffr Surge Staffing
