Cascade Child and Family Center is seeking a part- or full-time mental health therapist to join

our collaborative, multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists.

Caseload Expectations

* Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 2328 client sessions per

week

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive intake assessments
* Provide individual, family, and group therapy
* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, assessments,

treatment plans)

* Develop and update treatment plans as clinically indicated
* Coordinate care with internal providers and external resources
* Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and team-based care planning
* Provide referrals and link clients to community resources as needed
* Maintain licensure and adhere to Oregon state regulations and HIPAA requirements

Qualifications

* Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
* Licensed or license-eligible in Oregon (supervision available for associate clinicians)
* Ability to pass a background check
* Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
* Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience

* Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS)
* Experience with neurodivergent clients
* Familiarity with local community resources and supports

Work Location

Pay: $84,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
