Physical Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused physical therapist to join its therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Brentwood, CA. This role offers a manageable caseload with mostly one-on-one care, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality treatment while building meaningful patient relationships. Ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates seeking mentorship and growth in orthopedic care.

Locations: Brentwood, Walnut Creek, Diamond Blvd & Concord, CA. Pay Range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour (Based on experience)!! SIGN ON BONUS!! Visa Sponsorship: H-1B & Employment-Based Green Card Sponsorship Available!! **NEW GRADS WELCOME**

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide mostly one-on-one patient care sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Collaborate with support staff and therapy aides for treatment progression
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Utilize clinical judgment to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), or equivalent
• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Foreign-trained Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
