We are looking for a  high-level, experienced technician who can help drive the hospital forward operationally while still being hands-on.

Someone who:

• Is comfortable helping manage hospital flow in real time
• Can support and guide the team during high-volume moments
• Knows how to keep cases moving efficiently without chaos
• Is confident enough to collaborate with and gently direct DVMs on timing, workflow, and case management when needed

What You’ll Do

• Assist in surgery, urgent care cases, and general practice appointments
• Execute high-level technical skills with precision and confidence
• Support diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, patient care, and client communication
• Help manage daily hospital flow and efficiency, especially during peak hours
• Support team direction and workflow in real time
• Collaborate with leadership on improving operations and performance
• Help keep our hospital efficient, organized, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Veterinary medicine prior experience (high-level experience strongly preferred)
• Licensed Veterinary Technicians encouraged to apply — but exceptional OTJ-trained techs are welcome
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Natural leadership presence (without ego)
• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your work
