Radiology Interventional Technologist

Radiology Interventional Technologist Location: Providence Little Company of Mary, Torrance, CA. Position: Full‑time day shift. Responsibilities Perform radiographic and related procedures to demonstrate vascular structures for interpretation and/or therapeutic intervention under the direction of a licensed practitioner. Exercise professional judgment in the performance of services while maintaining a professional demeanor and adherence to medical ethics. Provide appropriate patient care and assess patient conditions to ensure successful completion of the procedure. Respond to patients and families with knowledge of age‑specific needs for all age groups. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited radiography program. California radiologic technologist license upon hire. National Registration as a Radiography Technologist (ARRT) upon hire. National Registration as a Vascular‑Interventional Radiography Technologist within 1 year of hire. National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire. One year diagnostic radiology experience. Computer entry and word‑processing skills. Preferred Qualifications Six months experience in a health‑care setting (e.g., department secretary, admitting, billing, or medical records clerical position). Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $48.79 – $75.74 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
