About the Team The Technology Alignment and Resilience team enables enterprise technology execution, operational resilience, and cross‑platform alignment across the Parametric business. About the Role The Principal, Technology Alignment and Resilience leads large, complex technology programs across Parametric's portfolio, supporting enterprise‑level execution in areas such as data center exit, cloud modernization, application readiness, and disaster recovery. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage large, enterprise‑level technology programs in data center exit, cloud modernization, application readiness, resilience, and technology enablement. Drive application readiness and disposition governance across a large application portfolio, ensuring clear ownership, documented readiness, and resilience. Serve as the primary coordination and relationship lead with MS Shared Services partners across infrastructure, security, risk, and operational functions. Support enterprise strategy and alignment for Data Center Exit and modernization initiatives. Define, socialize, and enforce enterprise principles, guardrails, and decision frameworks. Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering leaders to align multi‑year roadmaps and investment priorities. Act as a senior interface among Technology, Business, Risk, Security, Compliance, and governance stakeholders. Coordinate application readiness inputs for migration sequencing, wave planning, cutover preparation, and post‑migration validation. Maintain consolidated views of program status, blockers, risks, owner actions, and decision paths. Elevate material risks, dependencies, and systemic issues requiring senior leadership intervention. Support steering committees and executive forums with concise, outcome‑focused decision papers and strategic insight. Drive cross‑functional alignment across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, vendor strategy, operating models, and technology enablement initiatives. Identify opportunities to reduce legacy complexity, execution friction, technical debt, and operating model risk. Communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and progress to program owners, stakeholders, and business partners. Facilitate communication and process between IT and the business to establish software engineering priorities and best practices. Maintain effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across diverse groups. Balance membership, business, and technical goals with available resources to support resource allocation. Escalate material risks and gaps through appropriate leadership and governance channels. Identify opportunities to improve program management practices and delivery consistency. Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in financial services technology environments. 10+ years leading large‑scale technology, infrastructure, or application migration programs. Proven experience leading data center exit, enterprise modernization, or comparable large‑scale transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of enterprise application landscapes, dependency management, and modernization trade‑offs. Extensive experience operating within regulated, risk‑managed environments. Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive outcomes across complex, matrixed organizations. Exceptional executive communication, strategic storytelling, and governance leadership skills. Salary Salary range: $115,000 – $225,000/year, plus annual discretionary incentive compensation and potential participation in the unit’s incentive plan.
