Schedule Information

• Monday - Friday
  
• Start Time: 7:30 AM
  
• End Time: Between 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM depending on project needs
  

General Laborer Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
  
• Previous construction, fencing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
  
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred
  
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to transport crew members, tools, and materials to job sites
  
• Assist with residential and commercial fence installation projects
  
• Load, unload, and organize fencing materials and equipment
  
• Dig post holes and assist with setting fence posts
  
• Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and related hardware
  
• Safely operate hand and power tools
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  
• Follow project specifications, supervisor instructions, and company safety standards
  
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
