About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2005 after building a strong foundation with State Farm starting back in 1990. Before becoming an agent, I worked in management and handled fire claims, which gave me a deep understanding of what customers need most when life doesn't go as planned. Today, our team includes three full-time and one part-time team member, and we run our office with a true family-first mindset. I'm married, have three daughters, and five grandkids, and I love spending time traveling with my family, especially anywhere in Florida. I'm also a big Cubs and Bears fan and enjoy catching sporting events whenever I can. Giving back matters to us. We sponsor local baseball teams, support the Rockford Rescue Mission, and make it a priority to give back to police and fire departments around the holidays. Role Description

Jason Bonomo - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year.
