Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team on a night shift schedule. This role requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably within an emergency department setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the emergency department.
• Perform assessments and triage patients efficiently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Schedule Details

• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Expected to work at least two major holidays if they fall within the assignment period.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency department.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information

• Compliance with all onboarding and credentialing requirements is mandatory for timely start.
• Floating within the facility and scope of practice may be required.
• Requests for time off (RTO) should be submitted with a maximum of 7 days notice.
