Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse - Emergency DepartmentWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department team. This position will involve providing care for patients from newborns to geriatrics, excluding obstetrics.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients of all ages.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Participate in patient and family education.May be requested to float to various locations as needed.QualificationsActive RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state.Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Cerner.Ability and willingness to learn and gain experience in pediatrics if not previously trained.Strong communication and teamwork skills.LocationThis position may require travel to various locations within the region, including opportunities in Laconia, NH, and Franklin, NH.
