Art Director

A growing consumer brand is seeking a hands-on Art Director to develop high-quality creative across digital, print, retail, and experiential channels. Working within a lean marketing team, you will translate brand direction into polished visual assets and customer-facing copy. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who works quickly, maintains high standards, and can manage projects from initial brief through final delivery. Responsibilities Design creative for email, digital marketing, paid media, print, packaging, retail, and events. Build and maintain reusable templates and brand systems. Write and proof concise, on-brand marketing copy. Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with outside vendors. Organize creative assets and maintain version control. Manage project priorities, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate freelance creative partners when needed. Support photo and video productions from planning through final delivery. Review all assets for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Qualifications Three to five years of professional design or art‑direction experience. A strong portfolio spanning digital and print work. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools. At least two years of professional email‑design experience. Knowledge of print production and vendor coordination. Strong visual judgment, copy instincts, and attention to detail. Ability to produce polished work under tight deadlines. Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment with significant ownership.
