Logistics Program ManagerIAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions. Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland. Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motorpool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services. As the Logistics Program Manager, you will ensure performance compliance with contract requirements, while managing logistics staff tasking, and interfacing with government stakeholders to support mission and readiness objectives.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Centralized oversight of transportation, executive transportation, and courier servicesManagement of logistics personnel and direct engagement with Government stakeholdersPerformance monitoring and reporting for secure movement, classified courier activities, and government property handlingOversight of warehouse, material management, and cargo servicesCoordination of mailroom operations and government vehicle utilizationInterface with multiple stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and mission effectivenessParticipation in procurement, permitting, and subcontracting as related to logistics functionsConstruction-related activities including daily inspections, red-lines, submittal review and approval, and RFI responsesReview of construction drawings and creation of 'take-offs' for primary tradecraftEstimating and use of software estimating toolsAnalyze and make independent recommendations regarding logistics-related problems with varying complexityEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.8-10 Years of progressive experience within logistics, supply chain management; 3-5 years in a leadership role.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Previous project or logistics management experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and government property controlUnderstanding of courier services and government vehicle managementFamiliarity with logistics audit support and compliance inspectionsKnowledge of procurement and materials handlingAbility to delegate effectively and foster team performanceSECUTRITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret SCI CIIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
