As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help guests achieve their health goals through our delicious smoothies and retail products. Key Responsibilities:

• Champion and embody our culture, mission, and core values.
• Assist in hiring, developing, and leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Utilize operational tools to achieve excellence in store operations.
• Collaborate on local marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Drive implementation of company programs to meet operational standards.

What You Must Bring:

• Open availability, flexibility, and willingness to work any shift including providing coverage for gaps.
• Willingness to learn and to receive feedback.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 2 years' experience as a shift lead in a retail customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent (e.g., Learn2Serve) required.
• Must be able to stand for periods of eight (8) hours
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Previous Smoothie King experience a plus.
