Threshold Brands, LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Franchisee Paid Media to own local paid media for high-spend franchisees and drive results with a strong agency partner handling builds and optimization. You will own retention, set expectations, and lead franchisee conversations to align with brand goals. You will manage a small in-house team, direct agency plans, and leverage AI tools to improve speed and outcomes across multiple markets.
