Senior Field Marketing Specialist

Our client, a growing B2B enterprise software company, is seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for a marketing professional with experience independently managing large-scale trade shows, industry conferences, sponsorship activations, executive events, and regional field marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing expertise with strong event execution, demand generation, and sales partnership experience. You will take ownership of marketing programs from initial planning and budgeting through execution, lead generation, and ROI measurement. Key Responsibilities Field Marketing & Event Management Develop and execute national and regional field marketing programs supporting business growth across multiple industry verticals. Independently manage large trade shows, industry conferences, sponsorship activations, executive roundtables, customer events, and regional marketing initiatives. Own the complete event lifecycle, including strategy, budgeting, vendor management, sponsorship negotiations, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis. Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase event attendance, engage prospective customers, and generate qualified leads. Manage multiple events and marketing initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Demand Generation & Sales Partnership Partner closely with enterprise sales teams and leadership to develop marketing programs that support pipeline generation and revenue growth. Identify target audiences, strategic accounts, and industry opportunities to develop effective field marketing campaigns. Execute account-based marketing initiatives, executive engagement programs, and regional demand generation campaigns. Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event lead follow-up to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities. Track and report on marketing-generated leads, pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and return on investment. Marketing Operations & Strategy Develop scalable, repeatable field marketing processes and event execution frameworks. Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, and marketing resources. Utilize CRM, marketing automation, and event management platforms to execute campaigns and analyze performance. Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation, technology, and process improvements. Required Skills, Education & Experience 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, including direct ownership of marketing programs and events. Proven experience independently managing large trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and executive-level events. Strong understanding of demand generation, lead generation, and marketing's contribution to sales pipeline and revenue. Experience partnering directly with enterprise sales teams to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and multiple concurrent projects. Experience tracking campaign performance, marketing ROI, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution. Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and marketing reporting tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%. Preferred Qualifications Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, or related technology industries . Experience managing 10-20+ marketing events annually. Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Cvent, or similar marketing and event management platforms. Experience with Tableau, Asana, Jira, or other reporting and project management tools. Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM), regional demand generation, and executive engagement strategies. Experience supporting marketing initiatives within financial services, architecture, engineering, construction, or other B2B industries.
