Description
American Traveler is hiring a Progressive Care Unit RN for a night shift assignment requiring 2 years of experience and a Michigan RN license.
Details
- Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
- Patient ratio of 1:4
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:30)
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating to the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) required
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs required
Requirements
- Active RN license (MI) currently in hand
- Current certification in ACLS required; NIHSS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Provide progressive/step-down level nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius at the local rate
- Requested time off (RTO) of 5 days or less is preferred
