Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology -Newark, NJ

Territory: Newark, NJ; Hackensack, NJ; Jersey City, NJ; Morristown, NJ; Paterson, NJ Key Responsibilities: Promote approved BMS product indications within a defined territory/region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner. Create demand by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients. Maintain and grow high-level scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas. Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans. Use available tools to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement. Present approved, scientifically accurate information to HCPs using approved scientific resources/publications. Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) consistent with label. Organize external speaker programs (select speakers from Speakers Bureau-approved list; facilitate scheduling/logistics). Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications. Provide real-time medical support to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries. Collaborate with other field teams to ensure best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs. Gather/share insights internally with stakeholders to better serve customers. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
