Production Manager

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES: Lead and oversee manufacturing and production operations, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Manage departmental resources, staffing, equipment, and capital needs to support business objectives. Ensure successful execution of key projects, meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets. Maintain compliance with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and customer‑specific requirements. Champion APQP, 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Partner with Quality to resolve manufacturing and customer issues through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational performance. Serve as the primary manufacturing representative in customer interactions, audits, and business reviews. Provide leadership, guidance, and decision‑making support to manufacturing teams to achieve operational excellence. HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS: BS in engineering or similar (or equivalent experience). 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Lean manufacturing experience a must.
