Director of Product Management

Leading product strategy and lifecycle management, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define product strategies, oversee product development, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance member satisfaction through innovative financial products. Key responsibilities: Develop and communicate product strategies aligned with business goals and member needs Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous optimization Define product positioning and guide marketing strategies to support production targets Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred SAFe Agile Product Manager (APM) certification 8+ years of product management experience Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
