Take the wheel with NFI’s dedicated spotting fleet in Newburgh, NY . The consistent schedule, well-maintained yard tractors, and dedicated office staff will keep you moving on the yard.

• Average hourly range of $25-$26 with expected 40 hours worked per week
• Multiple shifts available with shift differential pay included
• Consistent schedules
• Spotter duties include moving trailers in the yard, in and out of dock doors, yard truck inspection reports
• Other duties as assigned, which could include helping in the warehouse operate forklifts

To become part of the team, you must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• High school education or equivalent
• Computer applications experience using MS Office
• Performs duties as instructed by management
• May be required to operate power industrial equipment, including a forklift (NFI will train and certify)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work independently
• Must be able to follow policies and safety procedures

We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $25-$26/HOUR . NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
