What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

• Perform comprehensive testing on blood, tissue, and other specimens using advanced laboratory techniques.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure high-quality and reliable results.

Result Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration

• Interpret laboratory findings and work closely with medical staff to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control

• Uphold standards of regulatory agencies (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through consistent quality assurance and documentation.

Team Mentorship & Leadership

• Support laboratory technicians through mentorship and foster a collaborative, safety-focused lab culture.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification:

• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
• New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of laboratory practices, safety protocols, and instrumentation
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage
