This Is Not Just a Kitchen Job

This is a leadership role inside a high-performance kitchen.

As a Kitchen Shift Leader, you will own the kitchen during your shiftleading people, driving execution, and ensuring every plate meets our standard.

What You Will Own:

• Throughput & Speed: Execute at a high level during peak volume
• Food Quality & Safety: Ensure every item meets standards
• Team Leadership: Lead from the line, coaching in real time
• Shift Execution: Set positions and adjust as needed
• Culture & Accountability: Set tone for discipline and teamwork

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
