Position Overview – Field Service Technician We are hiring Field Service Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of industrial water treatment systems. This role provides hands‑on experience with advanced treatment technologies while serving diverse industrial clients throughout the region. Immediate Openings: Yes Locations Two positions – Willis, TX Office Two positions – Gonzales, LA Office Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Required: Yes Key Responsibilities Industrial Water Treatment Operations Assist in the operation and maintenance of industrial water treatment systems Perform on‑site installation, troubleshooting, and repairs Conduct routine maintenance and system optimization Monitor system performance and water quality parameters Document service activities and maintain accurate records Field Service Duties Respond to service calls at industrial facilities across the Gulf South Complete preventive maintenance per established schedules Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions Coordinate with facility personnel to reduce operational downtime Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables Customer Relations & Safety Provide professional, courteous service to all clients Communicate effectively with plant operators and management Follow all industrial safety protocols and site requirements Maintain compliance with confined space entry and safety procedures Uphold professional appearance and represent Sepratech positively Administrative Tasks Complete detailed service reports and work orders Submit timely expense reports and time documentation Participate in ongoing training and skill development Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing Required Qualifications – Essential Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) OSHA Safety Card Ability to pass drug screening, including hair follicle test Ability to work in confined spaces Work Requirements Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Willingness to travel throughout the Gulf South region Ability to work in industrial environments and varying weather conditions Physical capability to lift, climb, and perform physical tasks Reliable transportation to customer sites Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial environments Background in water treatment or chemical processing Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial equipment and systems Experience in petrochemical, manufacturing, or power generation facilities Working Conditions Physical Requirements Ability to work in confined spaces Work inside chemical plants, refineries, and manufacturing sites Regular lifting, climbing, and outdoor work Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required Schedule & Travel Day shift Full‑time, on‑site at customer locations Weekend and holiday work as needed Travel throughout the Gulf South On‑call responsibilities may apply Compensation & Benefits Pay Starting at $20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience Overtime opportunities available Benefits 401(k) plan 401(k) company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Industries Served Petrochemical and refining Manufacturing and industrial processing Power generation Food and beverage processing Municipal and industrial water facilities Career Growth Opportunities Advancement within a fast‑growing organization Training on advanced water treatment technologies Professional development in industrial water management Leadership opportunities as the company expands Specialized certification programs Application Requirements Submit a complete application and resume Pass hair follicle drug screening Pass a comprehensive background check Provide proof of required certifications (TWIC, OSHA) Provide valid driver’s license information Equal Opportunity Employer Sepratech LLC is committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.
