Service - Valet

Mercedes-Benz of Washington, PA has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Valet to support our service department. Primary Responsibilities- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with vehicle check-in and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor. Move, park, and organize customer vehicles on dealership property. Maintain an orderly and efficient service drive and parking area. Perform customer vehicle pick-up and delivery services as assigned. Test drive vehicles when requested by management, advisors, or technicians. Check and top off fluids as needed, including windshield washer fluid and other approved fluids. Assist service advisors with customer needs and day-to-day operations. Transport vehicles between departments as necessary. Ensure vehicles are properly tagged, parked, and secured. Help keep the service drive clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Assist with loaner and shuttle vehicle management when required. Support technicians and advisors with miscellaneous tasks to improve workflow and customer satisfaction. Follow all dealership safety policies and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Additional Expectations- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Exercise care when operating customer and dealership vehicles. Communicate effectively with advisors, technicians, and management. Be willing to assist wherever needed to support dealership operations and customer experience. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license w/ at least three years driving experience Must be willing to work indoors/outdoors Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Must pass the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) driver eligibility requirements Job Type: Full-time, 4 Weekdays and Saturdays Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance PTO
