Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Float – Georgia

Start Date: October 2026

Location: Fayetteville, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment; every other weekend required; 5:1 patient ratio; floating within facility as needed per scope of practice; no call required

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact state RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience; Med/Surg experience strongly preferred
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with 4-5:1 patient ratios preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Skills: Med/Surg care, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, peripheral line care and management, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and isolation precautions/PPE
• Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Full compliance required prior to start date; orientation scheduling is bi-weekly
