What You’ll Do As a Hiatus Esthetician, your role is to deliver exceptional skincare services while creating a welcoming, high-touch guest experience. Esthetic Services Perform professional facials, peels, and skincare treatments Deliver consistent, results-driven services using Hiatus protocols and techniques Customize treatments based on each guest’s skin goals and needs Educate guests on long-term skincare and wellness routines Guest Experience Provide luxury-level hospitality and customer service Help guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members Retail & Membership Recommend professional skincare products and home‑care routines Meet monthly retail and performance goals Promote memberships, enhancements, and additional services Encourage guest referrals and repeat visits Spa Environment Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment room Prepare the room for each guest and restock supplies Assist with spa upkeep including laundry and sanitization of copper foot basins Why Estheticians Love Working at Hiatus We believe wellness starts with our team.
