The Nurse Practitioner will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage on an inpatient, on-site basis, with shifts spanning day, night, and 24-hour call assignments. Call is a required component of this engagement and is structured on an as-needed basis throughout the assignment period. Weekend responsibilities include rounding on patients Saturday and Sunday, followed by subsequent on-call coverage. Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required for consideration.
