Quality Inspector - Poway - $24/hr - 1st Shift

Job Description

The Quality Inspector will perform in-process and final inspections primarily on circuit boards across any of the 10 stations on the production line. This role involves visual inspection and tactile checks without the use of traditional measurement tools or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections on circuit boards at various stages of the production line.
• Perform checks on connectors, wiring, and other components as instructed via tablet.
• Respond to calls for mid-line checks and inspect designated areas accordingly.
• Stand and move across different production lines throughout the day.

Essential Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read in English.
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control processes.
• Experience in wiring, assembling, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Oracle and RMA processes.

Work Environment

Located in Poway, the manufacturing facility employs over 100 staff members. The role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a first shift schedule from 5 am to 1:20 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POWAY, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
