POSITION SUMMARY The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical support under physician supervision. The role delivers direct and indirect patient care, applies established clinical principles and professional standards, and supports the efficient operation of the practice through both clinical and clerical duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE If candidate is a CMA : High school diploma or equivalent, required Graduation certificate from an accredited Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program, required Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, required Prior CMA experience, preferred CPR certification, preferred If candidate is an LPN : Graduation certificate from an accredited nursing (LPN) program, required Current state licensure, required Prior LPN experience, preferred CPR certification, preferred QUALIFICATIONS Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information Composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Willingness and ability to learn new technologies Dependable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented Strong multitasking and independent-work capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accurate documentation skills Ability to follow established workflows consistently WORK SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Hattiesburg Clinic
