Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient health and report any changes.
• Document patient information and care provided in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• Completion of health history requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Varicella.
• Driver's License/State ID required for verification.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
