Laborer (Morrilton Area)

Job Full Description

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers for a manufacturing facility specializing in commercial roofing products and systems, including built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems, single ply roofing systems, roof coatings, restoration systems, and repair products.


This is a physically demanding position in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Duties:

• Perform general labor duties throughout the production facility
• Operate and work around various material handling equipment
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products
• Assist with production, packaging, and material preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or labor experience preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
