School-Based BCBA – Hoquiam, WA

We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school district in Hoquiam, WA . This is a school-based opportunity supporting students, teachers, and special education teams with behavioral assessments, intervention plans, and ongoing behavioral support.

Position Details

• Location: Hoquiam, WA

• Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff

• Collect and analyze behavioral data

• Train and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff on behavioral strategies

• Collaborate with special education teams, families, and related service providers

• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings

• Support students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification

• Ability to meet applicable Washington state and district requirements

• School-based experience preferred

• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
