Our client, a manufacturing leader in metal fabrication and door hardware, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Centennial, CO

Pay Range: $27

Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00pm-12am, OT available Saturdays, 12:30pm-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Learn and perform machine start-up, setup, and operation on press brake and flat table laser equipment.
• Read and understand production drawings and written specifications with full training provided.
• Load, position, and stage materials and parts for production runs.
• Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of production activities.

• No prior CNC experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
• Willingness to operate hand tools and forklift safely as required.
