Maintain Equipment: Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs on measurement equipment to uphold optimal functionality and extend equipment lifespan. Document Calibration Data: Accurately record calibration results and maintain detailed logs to support quality assurance and traceability. Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow quality guidelines and protocols to ensure all calibration activities meet industry and organizational standards. Communicate Technical Information: Share basic technical information and updates with team members to facilitate effective collaboration and operational efficiency. Key Skills Analytical Skills: Ability to perform basic scientific analyses and interpret results accurately. Calibration Techniques: Proficient in conducting standard calibration procedures on various instruments. Technical Documentation: Skilled in maintaining precise records and documentation following standard operating procedures. Quality Assurance: Adheres to quality guidelines to ensure the accuracy and reliability of calibration processes. Equipment Maintenance: Capable of performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on calibration equipment. Data Analysis: Competent in collecting, recording, and analyzing calibration data effectively. Team Collaboration: Communicates technical information clearly and effectively with team members. Compliance Knowledge: Understands and follows regulatory and safety standards related to calibration activities. Attention to Detail: Ensures precision and accuracy in all calibration tasks to maintain highquality standards. Time Management: Efficiently manages time to complete routine calibration tasks within established deadlines. Instrument & Calibration Technician II Key Responsibilities Perform Instrument Calibration: Execute calibration procedures for a variety of instruments following established protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Conduct Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend instrument lifespan. Troubleshoot Instrument Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems with instruments using analytical methods and standard operating procedures. Document Calibration Results: Accurately record and report calibration data, maintenance activities, and any discrepancies in the tracking system. Collaborate with Team Members: Communicate technical information and coordinate with team members to support overall team objectives and ensure quality standards. Key Skills Instrument Calibration: Ability to calibrate and maintain a variety of instruments accurately. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in operating and using calibration tools and equipment. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing measurement data and identifying discrepancies. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure precision in calibration tasks. Troubleshooting: Capability to diagnose and resolve instrument malfunctions effectively. Technical Documentation: Competent in maintaining accurate calibration records and reports. Calibration Standards Knowledge: Understanding of relevant industry standards and procedures. Safety Compliance: Adherence to safety protocols during calibration processes. Time Management: Efficiently managing and prioritizing calibration tasks to meet deadlines. Team Communication: Effectively communicating technical information within the team.
