The role involves consultation, assessment, and evaluation of diabetes-related services. Candidates should have experience working with individuals, families, and communities. Candidates must possess strong critical thinking skills and triage knowledge. They should be familiar with the Emergency Severity Index (ESI). This position is within a Diabetes Clinic and Primary Care setting. A minimum of three years of recent experience in the specialty is required for consideration. No weekends or holidays are required for this position.
