Temp to Perm - Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Up to $64/hr!

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract-to-permanent position in Glasgow, Montana. This role involves providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, with weekly compensation up to $2,304 based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Administer respiratory therapy treatments such as oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosolized medications. Perform diagnostic tests including pulmonary function tests, arterial blood gas analysis, and chest physiotherapy. Educate patients and families on respiratory care practices, disease management, and home care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. Respond to emergency situations and provide life‑saving interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans. Ensure all respiratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited institution. Current Respiratory Therapy (RRT or CRT) certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Montana state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist. 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
