About the Role:
Salon Iaomo LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our team! If you love transforming clients' looks and creating an exceptional salon experience, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your craft in a welcoming and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments for a diverse clientele
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services
- Apply hair color, highlights, balayage, and other color techniques with precision
- Perform blowouts, updos, and specialty styling for everyday and special occasions
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health regulations
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required
- Experience in haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Strong knowledge of hair care products and chemical services
- Excellent communication and client consultation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Passion for the beauty industry and ongoing education
- Bonus if you have Hair Replacement / extensions experience
