About the Role:

Casa Orinda is looking for a friendly and reliable Valet to join our team in the heart of Orinda, CA! This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you'll be the first and last impression for our valued guests — making every visit memorable from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a professional, courteous valet experience

Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner

Manage vehicle keys and maintain an organized ticketing system

Monitor and direct traffic flow in the valet area to ensure safety

Assist guests with special needs, including opening doors and helping with belongings

Maintain cleanliness and order of the valet staging area

Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Previous valet, parking, or customer service experience preferred

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time

Positive, guest-first attitude with a team-player mentality
