Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service, creating emotional connections and acting as an enthusiastic adidas brand ambassador.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain store operations.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25–50 lbs, and operating a Brannock device.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandise, and inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends; part-time hours vary based on business needs. Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED. Three to six months of retail experience preferred. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required. Must be 16 years of age or older. Physical demands: employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands to handle items, lifts up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs; requires close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
