Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Review and update department processes and instructions. Based on directions provided by engineering and knowledge developed on the job, determine appropriate actions to be applied by monitoring performance, analyze data and identify trends to predict potential issues. Provide staff with rework instructions and guidance Perform activities as assigned to provide support during hours when engineers are not present. Skills & Abilities Strong oral and written communication skills. Capable of effective communication with all levels of the plant personnel. Must be self-motivated, an independent thinker, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Anticipated Pay Range: $60k - $70k per year. *Pay rates within this range are determined and based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc .
