Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician & Core Faculty provider in Syracuse, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Academic Family Medicine role combining outpatient patient care with residency faculty responsibilities
• Structured 60% Family Medicine clinical practice and 40% residency faculty teaching model
• Opportunity to mentor and supervise residents, Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, and Physician Assistants

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $250,000 annually
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-time opportunities available
• Approximately 3 patients per hour

ROLE
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine services within family practice model
• Teach residents comprehensive, high-quality patient care delivery
• Support resident development toward independent practice readiness
• Provide supervision for Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, and Physician Assistants
• Participate in departmental meetings and committee responsibilities
• Perform administrative and faculty responsibilities as assigned
• Participate in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation
• Foster collaborative interdisciplinary care and clinical excellence

• Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Clear and active New York medical license REQUIRED

• Commitment to compassionate, collaborative care REQUIRED
