We are currently searching for a Front Desk Agent for the Hilton Garden Inn Arboretum, Austin, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Assist guests with questions, directions, and local recommendations
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate guest records and room key inventory
• Support front desk operations as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with a Hilton Brand hotel highly desired
• Be able to manage time effectively and complete required tasks on time
• Knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Stable work history required
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Need to be a team player if you like to work on an island by yourself, this wont be a good fit for you!
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by guests
