Job Title: Pharmacy Supervisor
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $128,315 – $198,869 annually

Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to pharmacy staff to ensure efficient pharmacy services, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise pharmacy staff, schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Review medication variance and allergy interaction reports and implement corrective actions.
Support pharmacy operations including medication order review and IV preparation when needed.
Assist with formulary management, inventory systems, and operational projects.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy license or eligibility for reciprocity.
3–4 years of related pharmacy experience.
Pharm.D. or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
