Part-Time Busser Opportunity

Lakewood National Golf Club, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Busser! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set and clear tables in a timely manner, ensuring that each table is clean and properly set with utensils, condiments, and other necessary items.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service, delivering food and drinks to tables, and clearing plates and glasses.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized at all times, including cleaning spills and maintaining a tidy appearance of the dining room.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly to guests.
• Handle customer complaints and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and disposal of food, and use of cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a related position in a restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Skills:

Preferred Experience in the Hospitality industry.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Must maintain current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit.

Travel Requirements:

Local travel may be required in conjunction with Member/Guest events.

Working Conditions:

May include both inside or outside shifts. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
