5X a week On-Site in Lubbock, TX | Permanent Placement Opportunity | 85K-100K (Base) + Relocation Lump Sum Available MUST HAVE: 2-4 years of Project Management experience Procore experience Data center construction or project management experience CMAR experience Go-getter personality Ability to work onsite full-time in Lubbock, TX Open to relocation if needed, lump sum relocation assistance available D2D: We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and field leadership to help manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, and overall project coordination. You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership to help keep projects on schedule and within budget. This individual will also assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, project reporting, and closeout while proactively identifying and helping resolve issues throughout the construction lifecycle. You will Support Project Managers throughout commercial construction projects from handoff through completion. Assist with project schedules, milestones, budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Utilize Procore to maintain project documentation and support day-to-day project coordination. Work closely with field leadership to monitor construction progress and project schedules. Assist with contracts, subcontracts, change orders, billing, and payment applications. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Maintain RFIs, submittals, meeting documentation, warranties, and other project records. Help identify and resolve issues impacting productivity, quality, budget, or schedule. Support project turnover and closeout activities.
