RN - Ambulatory Profession: RN Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 05:00-13:30 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN license required Certifications: ENDO experience preferred Description:Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Outpatient Surgery.Candidates with pre-op, phase 2, infusion, or preadmission testing experience are required.Experience with EMR MEDITECH is preferred, as it can be challenging to learn quickly on the job.The unit includes 26 pre-op bays and 8 endoscopy bays, with a total of 27 staff on day shift.Patient ratios vary by area; pre-op is 1:1, phase 2 is 3-5:1, and infusion is 5:1.The department operates from 05:00 to 21:00 with a call requirement.The work environment is collaborative and supportive, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellent patient care.All staff are engaged and eager to assist each other in providing high-quality care.Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet Health
