Warehouse AssociateAmelia, OHFull-Time | First ShiftDirect Hire OpportunityPay - $19 to $21Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized warehouse environment while ensuring the timely distribution of materials, promotional products, and company resources. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization, and is willing to assist with a variety of warehouse and facility support responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming mail, packages, freight deliveries, and vendor shipmentsManage warehouse inventory and maintain organized storage areasPrepare and ship sales, recruiting, and marketing materials to internal teams and external partnersCoordinate recurring monthly product and promotional mailingsOrder product samples and catalogs from vendors as neededOperate a forklift to move inventory, materials, and supplies throughout the warehouseTrack inventory levels and assist with fulfillment program managementMaintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory recordsAssist with basic facility maintenance, including minor repairs and workspace upkeepSupport outdoor property maintenance activities when needed, including lawn care and snow removalPartner with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operationsQualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferredForklift certification or ability to obtain certificationStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist where neededAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to accuracy and quality workExcellent interpersonal skills when working with coworkers, vendors, and customersDependable and self-motivated with a team-first mindsetPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, move, and transport warehouse materialsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftComfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuationsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes pride in maintaining an organized operation, and wants to join a stable, team-oriented workplace.Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hourSearch managed by: Bianca KimbleEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
