Job Summary:

Wise Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator for a client in Memphis. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and operating a reach truck in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a reach truck/forklift to move and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and transport pallets and materials to designated areas.
• Pull and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Put away incoming inventory in the proper warehouse locations.
• Safely maneuver equipment in narrow aisles and around other employees and equipment.
• Perform inventory movements and ensure materials are placed accurately.
• Inspect the reach truck before use and report any mechanical or safety issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous reach truck operating experience required.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.
• Good attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Forklift/reach truck certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass required background check and drug screen
