About the Role

As Deputy Chief of Staff, you will:

• Assist the Chief of Staff in managing daily operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track progress.
• Support internal communications and organizational efficiency.

We aim to identify and empower new leaders at both the state and federal levels who are committed to integrity, justice, and real change. Our work is centered on rewriting the rules of governance to build a movement for democracy that honors justice and serves future generations.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in leadership, coordination, and operational support.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for social justice and progressive change

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in nonprofit or political organizations
• Experience supporting executive leadership
• Flexible time commitment based on project needs
• Remote
