Job Summary:
Pleasanton, California This organization is seeking a Nurse Educator for a full-time position in the healthcare sector. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating educational programs to enhance nursing staff competency and professional development. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Pleasanton, California
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited university, Masters in nursing with coursework in curriculum development, adult learning theory, learning needs assessment, and learning outcome measurement from an accredited college or university; CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license upon hire; BLS - Basic Life Support certification upon hire; four (4) years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including one year as a nurse educator or equivalent experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Cath Lab educator (additional preferred for urgent request)
• Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support required upon hire
